"We are both busy moms in our early 50's who have been training with Amy for about 10 years. During that time, we have gone from using 5 pound weights for strength training to using 20, and sometimes even 30 pound weights. Not only have we improved our physical strength, but by doing these weekly workouts with Amy, we have also improved our mental health.  We have laughed and cried, sharing stories of our kids, elderly parents, menopause, hardships and successes, all while working out!  We have also learned proper form, which at our age is so important.  We are even confident enough now to go to the gym and do a workout on our own with no fear of injury or intimidation.  We are both stronger moms thanks to Amy!  We highly recommend trying a session with her. Working out with Amy is the highlight of my week! She is very thoughtful in planning the workouts-including all of the major muscle groups and rarely offering the exact same workout twice.  Plus, she is always willing to demonstrate and correct my form if needed.  Added bonus-she is great to talk with and often combines working out with girl talk!  I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!

Amy trained me and a friend for the past five years.  She was very easy to work with, flexible and accommodating of our schedules.  She was always upbeat and motivating and tailored the training to our specific needs, and made the workout actually fun.  We felt our strength increase over time and owe that all to Amy!
